The best description I have of what the daughterboard memory upgrade entails is in my
Emax II FAQ on my website. Which by the way is Shockwave and Frames free now so
those of you who use simpler browsers can now view it. The Emax II memory upgrade
for the daughterboard includes 4 memory expansion PALs, the infamous install disk,
and the expander daughterboard which can be difficult to seat and requires you to
remove a chip from the motherboard where it will plug-in. I've been told before that with
what it would take to get the parts reprinted or even swap out the parts from another
Emax II it would easier just to purchase an 8mb one instead.
