Emax

Hi everyone- I just bought an Emax I rack (not SE). I was trying to 
use the filter on it using the data slider, but it wouldn't work in 
real time - i couldn't sweep the filter. I'd move it some, and i 
wouldn't hear the result until i re-triggered the sample. 

Is there a way to use the data slider in real time to perform a 
filter sweep? Also, does the Emax respond to CC's or Sysex? If so, 
what CC is the cutoff of the filter? I'd like to assign a knob on my 
controller to the filter cutoff.
