You can do that under PRESET DEFINITION 9 Realtime Controls > 1-6:
On the Rack Model for Left or Right Wheel you set the corresponding 
Controller number. You can also use monopressure and MIDI Control A + 
B (limited to only a few controllernr. 0-33). Which numbers are MIDI 
A+B you set under PRESET DEFINITION 7 MIDI. Regs Rascal
