Emax

Hi I'm new to the group... and already have a (probably) dumb 
question. Didn't find this particular question in searching.

I have an Emax II and a Roland AX-7 (MIDI Controller). I'm trying to 
set them up to play nice together. Out of the box the Controller 
will play the Preset I have selected/loaded on the Emax. However, I 
can't get the Controller to make the Emax change presets.

I suspect I need to understand the relationship between MSB and LSB 
numbers (which the Roland manual references) and whatever the 
equivalent is on the Emax side... then I will need to program the 
controller to use that information accordingly.

Thanks for any hints or information (even if only to suggest a 
reference I should go check out).
