Hi,
I far as I can tell SE or SE HD owners can run OS Plus, however you will
need SCSI implemented in hardware for the OS Plus to be of any use. This
means the right PAL chips and Boot ROM and a 5380 SCSI chip, etc. Base SE
models are unlikely to have this fitted (although some may).

I don't believe non-SE users can upgrade to OS Plus without going to SE
first.

  Is it true that once you move to SE, you can upgrade to Plus 1.0
  just by having the 1.0 OS on a floppy?
