What is the source you are sampling? If the source is modulating, but you are only 
sampling 1 channel, that may be the culprit. Or, if you are combining both channels 
and there is a phase problem, that might also be the problem.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
