J R, Thanks for your advice and for answering my mail too. I swapped all the boards (CPU + daughter and analog output), except the display/buttons board which is incompatible. After the swap i got this: At the first power on all lights turn on, including the FD one and the LCD displays a horizontal black "bar" in the bottom row. If i turn off and on, only two of the three "normal" lights turn on, there is no LCD output and the FD light turns on too.
