Mmmm... I expected this question :-) The answer is no. The program only *reads* EMAX images, it doesn't *write* them. However it's not very difficult to make such program. Anyway I first want to make a stable version of the EMAX Librarian reader software. After this is accomplished, I can make a simple program to create EMAX 1/EMAX 2 disk images. This program will simply take the .WAV files you selected and will put them in "default" presets on an EMAX disk image. This means that you will get default VCA and VCF envelopes, a transposition of the sample to the whole keyboard etc... That disk then can be loaded (via EMX) on your EMAX sampler. Finishing all preset and voice parameters should be done directly on the EMAX. An important remark however... I'm also watching Chicken Systems. If they succeed in supporting EMAX with their Translator software, and they give an EMAX image creator in their free download version, I will *not* make that software.
