You can also avoid the sampling process by creating EMX images from the WAV files directly Use WAV2EMAX, you can find this program in the files section. Then put the images on floppy with EMX or EMXP. I think I have original TR808 EMAX banks, if I find them I will upload the images to the files section. ///E-Synthesist --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "peter_vh01" <petervh@...> wrote: > > haaha okay fair enough. now, where can i get a manual for an emax hd > rackmount, as i'll need to learn how to sample with the emax. i > haven't been able to find a manual for the hd version online... > > - peter > > --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, mr julian <jujulilianan@> wrote: > > > > there's standard sets of 808 and 909 samples on the net available as > > wave files. > > > > Download them, then play them out of your soundcard (assuming you have > > an OK soundcard) into the emax's sampling input. > > > > > > > > peter_vh01 wrote: > > > > >Hey guys, > > > > > >Looking to get ahold of a bunch of drum samples for an emax 1. > > >Specifically a TR-909 and 808 would be great, but I'm looking to find > > >a whole bunch more than that. > > > > > >Where can I download some?
