You need to learn the way of the Supermode. It's in the manual. It's a fairly long process of creating a supermode map by which you can assign up to 16 presets to to the 16 tracks of the sequencer. It's a little to involved to go into via email so my suggestion is to get a copy of the manual and read starting on page 177.
