well..

I replaced the fuses and it didn't change anything. All the leds still
light and I get the black bar across the screen with no drive activity.

Any suggestions? This doesn't make sense to me.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
