Peter,
  If you are running Emax 3.2, you will have to upgrade to SE 1.1 
before you can move up to the Plus OS. So I think you would need the 
loadup the seup.em1 file first.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
