I've been thinking of trying out Sound Designer II, primarily for the Emax editing functions. However, since I don't have an old Mac handy, and I don't really want to add another computer to my setup, I've been looking into some Mac emulators. Anyone else in the group running SDII via an emulator, or just using a Mac emulator for general use? I have a few questions I'm hoping you can shed some light on: I've done a bit of searching and there seem to be tons of emulators - any recommendations on what to try (or to avoid)? How well does SDII function in a emulated environment? What OS version do I need to run SDII? Any major issues I should be aware of? MIDI connection or serial connection? Are the editing cababilities of SDII worth the effort? :) Also, what about the ROM image i've read about (presumably the Mac equivalent of a BIOS file?) - where can I obtain that? Thanks for any help you can provide DTK
