asi nos entendemos mejor!!!

lo que te decia, es que te bajes el EMXP, y el ultimo OS, formatees un 
diskette (preferiblemente nuevo si es HD) y le copies el OS y algun banco, 
(ej: zd701 arcostrings) si no sabes como conseguir algo de todo esto te paso 
los links

en que parte de chile estas?
