it boots up very quickly versus the stock config.  you still see the
diagnostics screen for the same amount of time, but loading the OS
takes less than a second.  loading banks is maybe one second.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
