Switch off.  Leave it overnight - The PSU capacitors can be nasty!
Check that all the plugs onto the PSU and main board are secure by
unplugging and refitting them.
If that doesn't cure it, there may be a couple of dry joints on the board -
remove it and resolder any dodgy-looking joints.
As usual, be extremely careful doing this - there can be up to 350vdc on the
input stage.

If all else fails, it's time to invent a new PSU...
