Any ideas? > It sounds like a re-callibration problem to me if not you should have the Pitch Wheel pot checked out with an ohm meter to see that it is not open. If it is you'll have to replace it. Also perform a continuity check on the wires to the connector to the main board. In the users manual there is a procedure to re-callibrate the Pitch Wheel follow it closely. Does your pitch change when the Emax II is slave to another Keyboard (Midi)? Try it and see. The users manual has a lot of diagnostic material in it that you can use. Of course for #2 its a mystery to me you will probably have to take it in for repair. Emu uses two processors one of which handle the keyboard and buttons and the other handles the actual sound genertation. It may very well be that the keyboard and button input processor section is to blame. Key on, key off, sliders, wheels etc... Best, Skip > 2. Sometimes the release of a sound gets mucked up.
