Hi Alan, 

If you can get Alchemy or Sound Designer working on an old Mac and use the 
RS422 cable then you can do fast sample transfer to the Emax. I am not sure 
if those programs will import WAV files. 

On the PC there is Sampler Wrench http://www.dissidents.com/products.htm 
which supports WAV files and MIDI dumps to the Emax.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
