I upgraded a friend's HD to HD SE with the SE upgrade from the files section. I just followed the instructions with the files.

Yeah, I'm not sure where the Files went. They use to be in the groups File area. I'd have to look around on a couple of my older PCs since I've gone through about 4 of them since that page was made on my site. It's hard to believe, but I've been involved with this group for about 14 years now (starting with the original group pre-yahoo). A lot of information has accumulated, but with that also means a lot of it is very outdated or from sources that have since moved on. I more or less just monitor the group now and approve members.Phreak boy wrote:> according to this...> http://www.silveriafamily.com/emax/emax_repair.html>> SE: Upgrading an Emax or Emax HD to SE is not as simple as getting a > copy of the correct SE OS.
