Emax

First post! Hello to all of the other EMAX users. I recently picked up 
a pre SE EMAX 1 and was looking for info about upgrading the OS when I 
stumbled across this group. I was delighted to find out that an image 
of an SE upgrade disk is available and went about creating one for my 
EMAX straight away! Unfortunately I'm having a problem trying to format 
disks/copy softwre with the new OS.

I managed to make and SEupgrade disk for it using the info and links in 
the Files section. It's updated the EMAX and when I re-boot with this 
disk the EMAX loads OS SE 1.1. 

When I try and copy the software or format a disk the machine tries to 
read the source disk and after displaying 'Just a Moment....' for a 
while it prompts 'DATA CRC ERROR!'

If I boot with the OS 3.2 I can still format disks and copy software 
with no errors.

So, I formatted a disk unsing OS 3.2 and then overwritten the OS SE 1.1 
from my computer using EMXP. The disk boots the machine but I get the 
same 'DATA CRC ERROR!' when trying to copy software/format disk.

Does anybody have any idea how I can fix this issue?
