Hello John, Another Emax II bites the dust. The power supply has just died on my Emax II rack, in addition to the output board fault I mentioned in one of my other posts :( My Emax II rack has a daughter board fitted with 8mb of RAM.......may sound like a stupid question, but could I use this daughter board/RAM in my 1mb Emax II keyboard? Would it just be a case of fitting the daughter board in my keyboard, and away I go, or would I need to perform any software trickery to get the keyboard to recognize the extra RAM?.......If the RAM upgrade works I would be in a position to part out the rest of my Emax II rack. I'm going to have to keep the floppy as a back-up, but the rest of the components would be available. I look forward to hearing from you. Happy holidays!!
