Re: Help My Emax won´t power on anymore...

2008-12-31 by alancurrall

Paul,
I'm an absolute amateur when it comes to electronics. However, with
the help and guidance of this user group, I did manage replace the
burnt out power supply with a new one and it wasn't rocket science!

If you follow the thread from message #4003 you should get the whole
procedure.

Where I came unstuck was in replacing my LCD, which is why I need to
replace the button panel.

Good luck,
Alan

or guides for removing the power supply? is it just a matter of
unscrewing or will there be soldering involved? i've never opened my
emax up before, and i have no clue what i'm supposed to even send you.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
