you have to learn how to program the Emax. it's really not that difficult, you go into the analog processing section and adjust the velocity settings... and by the way, you can't control envelope settings via CC data, maybe there are some synths/samplers that can do that but most can not. and pitch... i don't understand what you're asking: pitch is controlled from the keyboard.
