I'm considering getting a carillon control 25 midi keyboard controller.  should i expect to be able to control the following on the emax with it:

pitch (e.g pitch wheel)
velocity (e.g min/max velocity)
sample truncate
filters, vca etc

???

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
