If it is a blue and white g3, you can install a Stealth Serial Port and use it with the RS 422 port as well.

Emax 1 does not support SDS (SCSI DUMP). So, while you can use G3 with some
Audio / Sample edit software, you cannot use it via SCSI.

If you have the beige G3 tower, you can do transfer via RS422 serial using
the printer / modem port to the Emax.
Done this

However if you got a Blue and White g3 it doesn't have a RS422 serial.
There was an addon board to add the port.....could get that off ebay.
Must use OS 8 or earlier though, if I recall.

The B/W G3 ran OS 9 or 8.5, which was too new for the Audio Sample software
if I recall....

Someone correct me if I am wrong.....
