Re: [emax] A couple of zip-drive related questions

Just SCSI enabled Emax. If you don't have SCSI on an Emax 1, you would
need to buy a SCSI kit from me.

Hi,

Would any other bits and pieces (interfaces etc.) be necessary to get

D.

A little of a side note. I just won a lot of 10 used CF drives on ebay.
Assuming they work with Emax, I will be selling them for much less than
$200.
They may be single slot use only, but they are SCSI.
I will be testing them in Emax once I get them and will give more
details
later.
If they are single slot, I will sell them for $25. If multiple slots
work I
will sell them for $40.

I will be keeping 1 for sure, but will resell the other 9 once confirmed
they work in Emax.

So, if they work (crossed fingers), those of you wanting to buy SCSI
kits
but who have been hesitant due to, where do I get a drive?
Next couple of weeks or so you may be lucky!

If people have been thinking of purchasing other drives, you may wish to
wait a week or two....

again I will keep you posted.

PS- I saw a multiple slot multitech for $60 buy it now on ebay. Somebody
should nab it..... I considered it.

Ted
