Re: EMAX os disk from rout 66

John
Thank you very much for your quick response.
Its an emax with a sticker on top that says "Retro HD".
The guy who sold it to me told me that "there is an HD inside but it doesn't work"
I havn't been able to get it to boot form the HD but have been able to get it to boot from the floppy he gave me. the floppy is just a copy. i believe it just says emax OS 1.1 on it (written in ball point pen).
I can copy that floppy but i get and error at the end of copying it.I can boot from the copied version, I bought the double sided floppys at radio shack and taped off the hole but still cannot save to floppy.
I think that i'd just rather be able to save to floppy than work on figuring out how to get the HD working for now.

from searching online i have found no info about An EMAX HD retrograde wich is what i believe i have. the sticker matches the color and look of the Emax and could easily be over looked as being a sticker.

I plan on ordering an OS today. any suggesting would be greatly appreciated.
thank you
d

ps: i can post soem close up shots of the sticker if you'd like to see it.
