Emax

As far as I know SoundDesigner for Emax 1.12 is also supporting the Emax-II, except for full bank up/downloading (which only works with Emax-I). 
This SD version can also control each individual parameter and module on the Emax/Emax-II. 

Unfortunately it is not publicly available.
You can try to get in contact with Wayne Griffin on his Yahoo email account - he used to have this software.
