It might, but how much $$$? It must have a setting for Floppy disk select ID 0. They don't note that on their website or provide manual on the page to see if the drive does that. If it is $200 US or something, then it is quite expensive. I have SCM PCD-50b SCSI drive that will hold 20 Emax banks on memory when used with PC Card adapter, is known to work, and can be installed with a standard slim floppy. Example installation here: http://djtbs1.spaces.live.com/default.aspx see pic 4 at bottom of the page. Someone had previously shown a item like you have linked, however it was more than $200 US.
