The way I got mine was that when I picked it up at E-mu after having taking it down for a check-up the disk was left inside the unit. When I asked if they wanted it back they said I could just keep it. I'll EMX it in the near future, right now I have a Syquest cartridge sent to me by a user who wants a copy of all my banks, and I haven't made his copy and it's been over a month.
