I had some similar problem, in my case it was a bad power supply connection. HD didn't reach the right rpm as the voltage were intermitent. Check the sockets.

10 mins is a crazy time for booting hd.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
