you are going to find it hard now most kits have been sold buy a acard 7720u scsi to ide adapter by an external scsi cdrom case get a ide to cf adapter try and get a atapi compliant so that it is hot swappable

and a 5.25"plate to 3.5" plate reducer for the 3.5" floppy size ide to cf card drive this set up is going to cost you a bit so shop around on ebay for the scsi xternal cdrom case discard the cdrom and the scsi to ide interface
