Sorry to jump in on your request, but I've also been trying to find either of these for about a year now with no joy. If you get lucky drop me a line. I actually bought a copy of Alchemy a few years ago from Sutekina in London but someone (possibly an employee) had already installed it somewhere or other and there were no authorisations left. I returned it but Passport had already gone bust, so all S. could do was refund me. Interested in anything- a crack doesn't seem like theft here since Passport designs are defunct and Digidesign effectively scuppered a good product in its quest for 'progress' when it removed sampler support (and neither supports or sells it anymore) but yes, I'm also willing to pay for Sound Designer (emax 1 or universal) or preferably Passport's Alchemy.
