Indeed, it's a problem with the sequences and removing them will solve the problem - that doesn't hurt since there are no sequences programmed in that bank.

FYI: the errorcodes are shortly explained in the EMXP manual (page 44 in latest version). Bank error 3 means problem with sequence addresses.

I just tested this bank in my Emax-II and the bank is indeed corrupt. If you try to select sequence S09 and press PLAY, the Emax-II will crash. It's the S09 address which is corrupt in the bank data.

When designing EMXP I knew that EMXP was going to be very strict/intolerant in its validations whether to accept or not accept banks and files.
The question is to what extent EMXP should "allow" corrupt banks.
EMXP contains a set of validation routines which look for some patterns in Emax files and banks to make sure it's really an Emax compliant file or bank. EMXP has to do it like this, because Emax files/banks don't carry a "universal" identifier/stamp proving it is an original Emax file/bank.
The sequence address logic test is one of those EMXP validation routines :)
