5v only on the emax but you can fit a 3v version but you need to add a pot or resister to bring it down to 3v

Does anyone here happen to know what voltage the inverter for the Emax II backlight runs on?
I want to replace mine with one of the silent SMD ones from backlights4u but the smaller one
can't run on 5V and the Emax II one might just run on 5V.
If no one knows I'll get the board out and find out, but would safe time if someone does.
