You can use EMXP to create a disk image of any CD-Rom, and then extract individual banks from those images. I have my entire sample collection for the EIII, Emax and Emax II stored as individual banks, all via EMXP. It takes some time because EMXP makes you extract banks one-by-one, but it's worth it.
