If you look at MusicParts' Roland page:
http://www.musicparts.com/products.asp?Company=Roland
you'll notice they don't actually have any.
It doesn't say why anymore, but it used to: it's because they were told by Roland to stop selling them.
My guess is they don't own any rights to any of these manuals.
