the diahgnostic parts are available from emulator archive it was just the schematics that were not which is the file that you have which was from the ftp server of emulator archive file download page for people who purchased it

I have a different revision of the service manual, version B. 
The missing pages mentioned are from the diagnostics chapter. 
In my manual this chapter is complete, but it could be different. 
I'll try to scan this chapter first, but that will be at the end of next week at the earliest.
