It's all relative. If you look at what "some people" will charge for a sample disc, I think one could still buy the whole batch and still turn an eventual profit -- or like I said with wealthy philanthropists, just plain release it to the public domain. ;) But my knowledge of wealthy people is sadly limited. And I'm with Rish -- we were just talking (arguing?) a few days ago about 80s fashion, and how some of us holdouts still think it's pretty cool. ;) Heck, Elvis' stage clothes sold for plenty. Talk about something you wouldn't wear in public! Ultimately no auction is out to give people bargains.
