Emax

hey...i love my emax..but when i sample something..i can't define the keyrange of the sample higher than a few semi tones...any one familiar with this problem?

if i was to load a disk with a sample that is keymapped across the whole keyboard..it loads fine..just when i sample from scratch or a completely initial state..
