Emax

Hello everyone, 
 
I seem to recall someone mentioning this somewhere, replacing the internal HD with a CF card.  I just did this in my MPC 1000 with an IDE card reader from monoprice ($4!!), but the Emax HD is SCSI, and all the internal card readers are SCSI as well.  is there a SCSI to IDE solution?  I have an external card reader which is fine for now, but I would love to have a CF card inside as the base HD, then have the external CF and the floppy drive.
 
Also, if I did this, could I instal an internal card reader and a slim floppy and have all 3 working?  has anyone done this?
