Emax

I think indeed I once noticed a message from someone saying he had the original disk. But no further replies/communication was done.

Another member who was selling the software with additional materials (cable, banks) was Wayne Griffin.

But (1) he's not doing this business anymore as far as I know and (2) he was not selling a copy of a floppy disk but rather a full 100MB Mac HFS hard disk copy. This was required due to a copy protection mechanism which makes it impossible to copy this SD for Emax .bin file from that HFS image to a simple floppy disk or another hard disk.
And that's the problem: a 100MB HFS image (still being 60MB compressed) is not very easy to handle and e.g to upload in the files section which is too small...

Maybe I will ask the eiiiforum to host that file, I'll check if the moderator is willing to do it...
