Emax

I just got my Emax HD SE Keyboard...LOVE IT!
...but i keep getting a "BANK ERROR" whenever I try to load or save anything.

Q: how do i tell the Emax to load/save from a floppy as opposed to the HD? (which i assume is wrecked)

Q: how can I test if the HD is still functioning?

Also...I'm told the Emax does not like HD floppies...is this true?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
