Hi
I'm Freddy,17, from western Germany and a proud owner of an EMAX II
(4mb, will upgrade it tommorow to 8 mb).

Today I wanted to change my el-foil which was no big deal. Now it lits
nicely bright again.

I cannot explain why, BUT now the most letter of the field are not shown
anymore (http://www.flickr.com/photos/75453658@N08/6776680311/in/photostream/lightbox/). 
If I press my fingernail between the metal of the display and the glass, suddenly mor, BUT not all letters appear (http://www.flickr.com/photos/75453658@N08/6776680645/in/photostream/lightbox/).

I disassembled the EMAX now several time to get access to the display but none of my attemps were succesful. I decided to interrupt that, due to the fragility of electronic parts.

PLEASE; What do think is the problem and what should I do solve it?
