Any sources?  (other than Rapid, as they are prohibitively expensive outside the UK, almost
tripling the cost of the diplay in shipping)

I was planning to use a LED backlight one (modern ones are only about 1mm thicker,
not 9mm).  But it has the connector on the tall side so it is more work.
