It depends. Mostly Emax I power supplies have a 110/220 switch (rear side, close to power switch. In case your emax has not that voltage selector, I could asure (99.9%) that the power supply auto detects the socket voltage and automatically set it right.

Mine (the I versions) have both the voltage selector. On the other hand, my Emax II has not. (Neither a spare power supply I bought).
