My understanding is if you have the correct power supply, the answer would be yes... On Tue, May 1, 2012 at 8:13 AM, Carl Lofgren <carl_lofgren@yahoo.com> wrote: > ** > > > Hi everyone. The Emax uses a KEC Switching Power Supply so i guess you can use it in EU or US as long as you change the setting in the back of the unit. It depends. Mostly Emax I power supplies have a 110/220 switch (rear side, close to power switch. In case your emax has not that voltage selector, I could asure (99.9%) that the power supply auto detects the socket voltage and automatically set it right. Mine (the I versions) have both the voltage selector. On the other hand, my Emax II has not. (Neither a spare power supply I bought). Best..

... anyway, there may be american Emax I versions with a hardwired power supply voltage selector with no external one, so I would point you to a technician for checking your model. Safest way at all :) --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, Carl Lofgren <carl_lofgren@...> wrote:
