the strange mapped ones are EII converted banks they are like that becuase the transpose engine on the emax is not as good as the EII
you have to remap the samples you self to get chromatic playing or the notes when they get to there most upper transpose limit they start to play the same key note
as for emax banks most are available for free download
or you can buy from northstar which have a vast amount of disks
but its better to roll your own
problem with those banks on ebay they are being sold but are copywrite material
as its mostly northstar banks which are still sold for the EII at $20 per disk

Subject: [emax] Sound banks for emax
Hi!
Where can I buy emax sound banks except from ebay?
I recently bought a sound collection from ebay which I'm not happy with. Some of the banks doesn't work at all and others are very strange mapped over the keys.
Can someone try some sounds I have "problem" with?
Not sure if I'm missing something or if they're just not working...
Regards
Kalle
