Re: ESI 400 - Save to internal HD

2012-08-29 by JMP

You do realise the ESI4000 doesn't have an internal hard drive as standard unless you've installed one? Just checking. ;)

If you've successfully loaded and saved to HD before, not sure why not working unless you've set the SCSI ID of your zip drive to the same as that allocated to the HD....?

My problem is, as soon as I turn the machine off, the data is lost from the internal memory. I tried pressing the Save button, however it will only let me choose a floppy drive, or zip drive to save data, not let me save to the internal hard drive. My question is, can I save my sample and preset data into the ESI 4000's internal HD like I can with the Emax II when I save all 16 bit? Thank you very much for your help with this issue.
