What the guy talks about having a switch to turn on / off the S0 (select 0) to change the virtual floppy - I don't know if that works on Emax. What he is doing isn't even the right way. If you were going to toggle anything, it should be the Floppy drive change line. That is the functionality a system actually uses to see a floppy disk was removed and inserted. the version you have (from what he said) would have to be the 700k version of the unit. If not, it would format to the wrong size and Emax would't work with it. Emax uses DSDD, not DSHD. Going to the Gotek Systems website was worthless- no links, no product listing, no general information, nothing! I don't understand why people want to do some "virtual floppy", when if you setup a SCSI disk you can have access to 35 banks directly through the Emax menu???? in other words- the factory created / supported solution for having multiple banks.
